visual arts

Jacinta attributes her first love of the artistic world to illustrating. Ever since she could pick up a pencil, she’s been drawing. From there it expanded to paints and her love for creating works with her hands only grew. Jacinta now practices with a range of mediums and experiments stylistically.

After studying Visual Arts, Jacinta has remained immensely interested in a range of art movements, letting her artistic process be shaped by techniques from varying historical art movements and cultures. In her personal practice, she is inspired by Renaissance and Impressionistic art periods, and is currently experimenting with colour and light.

Jacinta commissions art for private collections, companies, logos, and for pieces to be featured on stage and in films.

Whether she is creating art for herself or for a client, Jacinta aims to understand the vision for the piece both aesthetically and intentionally. Stylistically, Jacinta leans into a range of aesthetics, depending on the piece and generally the medium too. She tends to have a more naturalistic approach, especially for portraiture and any drawing mediums. However when it comes to painting, Jacinta loves to experiment with either impressionistic or abstract styles.
